Description of 3 Bedroom Apartment Features
Our 3 bedroom apartment in The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis community has many luxury features. Both bathrooms in this apartment are full-size. Full-size bathrooms are so much more comfortable to use because there’s space to keep all of your essentials at hand, and handy without clutter. Furthermore, six-panel doors throughout the apartment lend a sense of the same elegance and quality as is found in a custom built home. Another architectural feature that helps put the “luxury” in our Luxury Apartment Homes, is our 9′ ceilings. High ceilings are one of the features that make our rooms feel so light & bright.
Kitchens have generous countertops. Microwaves are built-in, so they’re out of the way. The electric range and refrigerator, which has an ice maker, are full-size. Residents find our double-bowl stainless sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher very convenient. Further, custom cabinetry accommodates all your essential items with room to spare.
About The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis Floor Plans
Residents appreciate that floor plans at The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis are larger than you’ll find at comparable properties. The floor plan is nicely laid out for the convenience of residents. For example notice the laundry room, which is for practical reasons, located next to the kitchen. Looking at the floor plans above, you’ll also notice that our 3 bedroom apartment has a second entrance. This second entrance leads directly into a mudroom, which also doubles as the laundry room, so dirty clothing and shoes need not go any farther into the apartment. Our residents find this to be a great convenience.
Balcony vs. Patio
All 3 bedroom apartments at The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis have either a balcony or a patio. Below, you’ll see photos of both kinds of 3 bedroom apartments. The first group of 3 bedroom apartment photos shows a ground floor apartment with a large patio and outside closet for storage. The second group of 3 bedroom apartment photos shows a second floor apartment with a balcony, which also has outside storage. As you will see for yourself in the photos below, this is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment.
